Good news for reform

According to Indian Express one good that has come out of Bihar elections is that Paswan could be possibly shunted out of Steel & Chemical portfolios thus enabling these two sectors to be competitive, as it was Paswan who has put major road blocks in these two sectors by licensing and Price Control Mechanism.
I am hardly an expert on Pharmaceuticals , though I am concerned about post-patent prices.
Which means better information gathering is required.
