Serial explosions rock Delhi, many feared dead,

Let it not be handiwork of some sikh militants.

Update: No, it is not handiwork of Sikh militants, but I am not sure I like the reports coming.
Lashkar-e-Taiba is suspected behind this.
This tells us that despite all our candle lighting or people to people exchange, the benign dictator is not interested in peace. May be it is time for give something more effective than romantic idealism a chance.
