Umm, actually Prime Minister is very much a political leader.

It doesn't take a degree from Oxbridge to be PM, a PM is supposed to provide leadership and support for correct policies, and in that Prime Minister is a miserable failure.

The less said about political leadership (i.e. Sonia Gandhi)the better.
