Weekend Nonsense

I admit, one question that has vexed me in recent times, relates to this "not so young" man. Even accounting for the fact that he has severe employment phobia, and also suffers from lack of imagination, which is wont of Indian middle class, especially those polluting the Imperial city, even accounting for his various shortcomings, it is hard to imagine the fascination Nandita Das holds over him.

I am hampered by the fact that this is a blog with a decent image, unlike unwashed, ill mannered liberal bloggers with poor notion of personal hygiene, so making the best use of innuendos, Nandita Das is a sucked up mango with no pulp or juice left. In contrast one can not even begin to describe the succulence and ripeness of Tanshree Dutta's mangoes*. However, today after a lot of head banging and Tanushree Datta gazing, I am able to figure out the reason.
It seems that the person in question prefers Nandita Das because both she and he are in same age group, also apparently he avoids Tanushree Dutta because it makes him feel like a pedophile.

In that he seems to break the conventional image of all middle aged males as lecherous sugar daddies. Of course being unemployed makes absence of opportunity like presence of virtue.


* In Hindi or any other Indian language it would be vulgar. However, in English, it is just edgy writing.
